Dream Africations Terms & Conditions

Dream Africations is a travel agency which is registered with the State of Virginia. By using our website or booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

A.Inclusions: 

  • Accommodations
  • Ground transportation
  • Transfers to and from hotel
  • Meals indicated per itinerary
  • Entrance fees to activities and excursions per itinerary
  • Tour guides
  • Customary gratuities for bus driver and local guides
  • 24/7 support during your trip abroad

B.Exclusions: 

  • Passport and Visa fees
  • Travel Insurance
  • Vaccination charges
  • Anti-malaria drugs
  • Airfare
  • Alcoholic drinks
  • Expenses caused by airline rescheduling, cancellations, or delays
  • Expenses caused by bad weather
  • Fees associated with meeting destination or exit requirements
  • Optional excursions not included on itinerary
  • Communication charges
  • Events beyond Dream Africations’ control

C. Payment Terms:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
    (credited towards balance)
  • Final Payment: Balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
  • Payment methods: We accept cash payments (including money orders,
    Cash App, and Zelle). A 3% surcharge applies to PayPal payments (credit
    card).
  • Payment Plans: Payment plans are available upon request.
  • Late Payment: If full payment is not received within 60 days prior to
    departure, Dream Africations reserves the right to cancel the booking. In
    the event of cancellation due to non-payment or your cancellation, you will
    be refunded the amount paid, minus the deposit and any applicable
    payment processing fees (including the 3% surcharge for PayPal payments).

D. Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or more prior to departure: Refund of all monies paid, minus the
    non-refundable deposit and any applicable payment processing fees
    (including the 3% surcharge for PayPal payments).
  • 59-30 days prior to departure: Refund of 50% of monies paid, minus the
    non-refundable deposit and any applicable payment processing fees
    (including the 3% surcharge for PayPal payments)
  • 29 days or less prior to departure: No refunds.
  • Transfer Options: Cancellations may be applied to another tour or
    transferred to another person, up to one year after the original tour date.

E. Participant Requirements:

  • Guests must be 21+ to participate
  • Have proper documents to enter specified African country
  • Have the required vaccinations to enter specified African country
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment
  • Meets all requirements to enter specified African country

F. Responsibility:

  • Dream Africations is not responsible for missed/delayed/cancelled trips, illness, food poisoning, injury, death, stolen property, mechanical failures, and other events/acts beyond Dream Africations’ control.

G. Photography:

  • Dream Africations reserves the right to take photos during the trip and use them for promotional/commercial purposes only.

H. Changes to Itinerary:

  • Dream Africations reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to air schedule, security matters, bad weather, and acts beyond Dream Africations’ control.

I. Accommodations and Sightseeing

  • Subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

J. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  • Any disputes arising out of related Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, as amended from time to time.

By using our website or booking a tour with Dream Africations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
